Shipping and Refund Policy
All sales are FINAL, unless items are defective upon arrival.
Kloset Doll Kouture defines a defective item as. one that is not in a condition to be worn and/or utilized properly due to manufacturer error while creating the product. Ex: An item sewn incorrectly resulting in a role where it should be sewn closed.
If item(s) arrives defective, please email customer service at KLOSETDOLLKOUTURE@GMAIL.COM within 7 days or receiving item(s). Please put “Product Defect” in the Subject Line so we know the reasoning for you email; this will allow us to get back with you in a timely manner. Customer must include photos of defective products with a description of defect for customer service representative to review.
Customer will be given the option of having the same item or a different item of the same cost sent to them upon receiving the defective item(s). Return shipping of the defective item(s) will be covered by our company.
All orders are subject to a Processing Time of 1-2 business days. Although most orders will be processed same day, please keep in mind the processing time as outlined in the policy. In times of high volume for our company, the processing time will be utilized to allow our team time to process and ship orders effectively and efficiently.
Business Days are rendered as being Monday-Friday.
There are 3 Shipping options utilized by our company:
First Class Shipping (3-5 business days)
Priority Shipping (2-3 business days)
Expedited Shipping (Next business day)
All packages are shipped via United States Parcel Services (USPS)
- Once order has been shipped and shipping information is emailed to customer, the package is no longer the responsibility of Kloset Doll Kouture LLC. Please contact USPS about shipping status and/or missing packages.
DUE TO COVID-19 THERE MAY BE SHIPPING DELAYS WHICH COULD EFFECT THE SHIPPING TIMES AS OUTLINED IN OUR SHIPPING POLICY.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once the package has been turned over to USPS to be shipped.
